按" Ctrl +Alt+Del "后出现的问题: 提示"任务管理器已被系统管理员停用"
可是我想自己管理,请问有什么办法可以恢复之吗?

很简单,打开注册表REGEDIT
顺序找HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\system]下,将有边的
"disabletaskmgr"=dword:00000001
"disableregistrytools"=dword:0000001

把1都改为0就好了

新建记事本输入：

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\system]
"disabletaskmgr"=dword:00000000
"disableregistrytools"=dword:00000000

另存为 aaa.reg 双击。
